How to make a Cosmetics Glass Bottle Packaging.
1. Empty Glass Bottle Quality Inspection (Post-Printing)
Conduct initial quality check (IQC) on spray-painted/printed bottles:
1). Verify color accuracy, print alignment, and coating uniformity.
2). Check for defects: scratches, bubbles, or uneven surfaces.
2. Cleaning & Preparation
Water washing cleaning:
Remove dust, oil residues, and static charges
Use deionized water + food-grade detergent (pH-neutral) to wash the outside surface of glass bottle, then dry in Class 100K cleanroom environment:
Compressed air blow-off + infrared drying tunnel
Final inspection under UV light for contaminants
3. Surface Spraying
Spraying: Spray a uniform layer of water-based paint on the surface of glass bottle. After the sprayed product is leveled, preheated, and dried, the coating is solidified,
which plays a decorative and protective role on the glass bottle; various spraying effects can enhance the appearance of the product.
Process flow: bottle loading → bottle wiping - flame treatment - electrostatic dust removal → spraying - preheating → solidification → cooling → bottle unloading → packing
4.
Silkscreen printing:
Silk screen printing is a process in which a silk screen film is used as the pattern to be printed on a screen made of polyester mesh or steel mesh. After exposure and development,
a silk screen pattern is formed. The silk screen ink penetrates through the screen under the pressure of the scraper to form a concave and convex three-dimensional pattern on the bottle.
5. Contents Filling Process
1). Equipment Setup
Calibrate filling machines (piston/volumetric type)
Install product-specific nozzles (stainless steel 316L)
Verify filling accuracy (±1% tolerance)
2). Filling Operations
Nitrogen purging (for oxygen-sensitive formulations)
Sequential filling stages:
Primary filling: 90% capacity
Vacuum settling: Eliminate air bubbles
Top-up filling: Reach target net weight
Immediate torque-controlled capping/closure application
